WebGen: The purpose of this project
is to develop software that will automatically convert a text based web
specification file into a series of structured web pages, which are
navigated using drop-down menus

Students’ Attendance: The
objective of the project is to design and implement a web tool with CGI
scripts by using PERL language that allows lecturers in Etisalat College
to fill it in each lecture. The lecturer can enter the site of the
students’ attendance forms and enter the data. The data will be sent to
a Linux server, where it will be stored in text format that can be
manipulated later
To see an example visit the site is

Photo-Based Roll-Call
system: This system is a software which is intended to replace the
traditional way of taking the attendance in a class where the lecturer
has to do it on paper by displaying the student name, ID ,and photo

Simulation of traffic
queues: This project is about the design and implementation of a
program, which simulates automobile traffic queues in a crossroad
junction. This program is called simutraffic. It enables the user to
enter specific value in a set of parameters, which alter the traffic
queues behavior

Library Management System:
The main idea for this project was to implement and design software that
helps users searching books in the library. The project includes
implementing software that enables the users to search in easy way,
borrow and return books, and enable the Liberian to add and delete
books. The system should check the books if them in the store, and
should give messages if the user enters wrong inputs or the system
doesn't found the books in the store.

Finding Edges in Grayscale
images: The main goal of our project is to detect any edges that are
found in any grayscale image that the user inputs into the program after
applying one of the five edge detection operators that we have coded in
the program.
UNIX or Linux operating systems must be used to operate the program. XV
must be installed to be called by the program to display the images. The
input image must be in Grayscale PGM ASCII image format

Modeling And Analysis Of A Small
Enterprise Network: The main objective of this project is to model a
small enterprise network using different topologies and characteristics
(such as delay, bandwidth and the amount of traffic) and study its
performance, in order to fully understand the effects of changing each
of these characteristics on the Quality of Service (QoS). The second
objective is to understand and implement the concept of priority within
the modeled network, and also study its effect on the Quality of
Service.
The OPNET modeler will be used to model the different networks, run
different simulations and output the results

Fourier
synthesizer for Time periodic signal:
The purpose of this project is to develop the Fourier synthesizer for
periodic signal, and giving the derivation of the expression resulted
from the function and the shape of the signal

system: The aim of this project is to demonstrate the error
performance of a practical system over a limited bandwidth channel can
be the same as theoretical assumption of infinite bandwidth channel

Performance of a communication scheme protected by
repetition code:The aim of this project is to design a system
that is protected by a repetition code. This repetition code enhances
the overall performance of a communication system by repeating the code
and transmitting it more than once for more accuracy and hence the
detector detects the possible errors
